MOST COMMON QUESTIONS:

1. WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? 

For pre-orders please check the expected shipping dates, for all other orders delivery depends on your chosen shipping. You can find full information about our delivery options here.

2. WILL I RECEIVE MY GIFTS IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?

We recommend that you order early in order not to be disappointed. Find out all the delivery options including Christmas posting dates here.

3. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Returning items is easy, you can send the returned item to the return address on the back of your parcel. Please ensure the items are in the state that you received them, with your invoice inside and that you have collected and kept proof of postage should there be an issue with your return.

When your return is received, the money will be issued back to your account via your chosen payment method. Please keep in mind it can take up to ten days to process a refund.

DO YOU DO GIFT WRAPPING?

All our products are ready for you to wrap however you like. If you want other options, feel free to chat with us or email us at shop@careergirldaily.com and we'll see if we can make some magic happen for you.

CAN I GET MY GIFT DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Sure you can, we understand that you may like to get your gift to go straight to someone else's house. When you’re filling out of your shipping details, just fill in your loved one's address.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately if you select same day or next day shipping, orders cannot be changed if they are already on their way to you. For all other orders, you may make changes within 24 hours, please forward your query over to shop@careergirldaily.com and they will be happy to help you. 

I WANT TO RETURN A PRODUCT THAT I ORIGINALLY BOUGHT AS A GIFT?

That’s perfectly fine - if you return your product to us within 28 days we will be happy to refund you within 10 working days once we have received your item. We will need your order number or details of the person who placed the order.

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER I PLACED?

You will be able to cancel your order with us only within 24 hours, if you are to do so please send an email over to shop@careergirldaily.com and a member of our customer service team will be happy to help you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

As soon as your order has been dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. If you are in the UK, you will get a postage number depending on your shipping option. However, orders outside the UK can expect their parcel to take up to 7 working days.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES? 

UK first class - 1 to 2 business days 
UK second class - 2 to 3 business days 
International standard - 5 to 7 business days 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and based on the weight of your items, you'll be able to review the shipping cost before you complete your order. Please be sure to check last posting dates for Christmas as you may miss the cut-off.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN? 

Depending where you are returning your item from, it could take up to 10 business days for us to receive it. Please ensure you are returning your item within 14 days of receiving it and keep proof of postage. Please get in touch with our Customer Service Team at shop@careergirldaily.com to find out whether we've received your return.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

It can take up to 10 business days to process a return and issue a refund. Your refund will usually have an estimated processing time which can vary from 2-4 weeks. Our Customer Service Team can give you a more accurate time frame.

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re really sorry that you didn't receive the correct item. 

Please return the item to us for an exchange or full refund if you prefer. Send an email to our Customer Services team (shop@careergirldaily.com) to start this process off. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange or refund items until we have received your return.

WHY IS MY ORDER TAKING SO LONG?

If you have any queries about your order, please contact the Customer Services Department (shop@careergirldaily.com) with your order number and address and they will get back to you as soon as possible.

WHY DO I PAY SHIPPING ON A PRE-ORDER? 

We capture payment for the preferred shipping method you want after the pre-order has arrived so you can get your order as soon as you want. We also send regular updates about the pre-order.

WHY IS THE CURRENCY DISPLAYED DIFFERENTLY AT CHECKOUT?

Please note, the price is displayed in your local currency automatically, but when you check out the price is displayed in GBP with current conversion rates applied as this is where the shop is based.

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE? 

Unless otherwise stated discount codes can't be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
